Analyste - Conseil en management - Paris (Stage temps plein)

La mission
Vous travaillerez directement avec les associés et consultants d’Areka sur diverses missions. Votre activité couvrira entre autres les domaines suivants : analyse de données, calculs et amélioration des modèles, élaboration de recommandations, préparation de présentations clients, veille et analyse de marché.

Plus spécifiquement, le rôle se décompose en 3 types de tâches :

  • Analyse de données : nettoyer, manipuler, analyser des données à l’aide de modèles sous Excel, Access, et outils de Business Intelligence.
  • Livraison des projets : Réaliser des comptes rendus de réunion, construire des cartographies de la dépense et des audits de maturité, aider le chef de projet dans les consultations et le scoring des fournisseurs, identifier et synthétiser les messages et recommandations sous forme de présentation PowerPoint, présenter les résultats et recommandations, participer à la conduite du changement.
  • Veille marché, marketing et communication : participer à la construction de présentations pour des évènements de l’industrie, rédiger différents contenus marché, participer à l’innovation et à l’évolution de la gamme de produits, participer à la refonte du site internet et de son contenu.

Le profil recherché
Vous êtes actuellement en Bac +5 minimum - Ecole de commerce ou d'ingénieur
Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience significative en achats ou en conseil en management
Vous êtes entreprenant; autonome; dynamique; travailleur; adaptable et avez l’esprit d’équipe
Vous évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement très international
Vous êtes structuré; avez le sens des priorités et aimez les tâches analytiques
Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français et en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral
Vous avez une très bonne maitrise d’Excel et de PowerPoint

Manager – Areka Consulting – Paris

Profile

You have at least a 5-year experience in business travel. You have worked:

  • For a consulting firm, optimizing travel programmes for your clients
  • Or/and with the international sales team of a leading Travel Management Company, where you have lead TMC RFPs
  • Or/and with international programme management team of a leading Travel Management Company, where you have lead TMC international implementations.

You are versed in the following topics:

  • TMC / corporate relationships
  • Other suppliers / corporate relationships (air, hotel car)
  • Online Booking Tools and other travel technologies
  • Travel data and travel reporting solutions
  • End-to-end travel processes.

You have robust analytical skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, like to manage people and share your knowledge. You have a strong commitment to quality and a high sensitivity to client service. You love working in a very international environment. You are fluent in English and preferably also in French. You have leadership and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You demonstrate personal excellence by showing determination are optimistic in changing circumstances.

Mission

You will work as a project lead on a number of consulting assignments, and report to the Areka Consulting partners. Your role will cover the following activities:

  • building commercial proposals and pitching our services to future clients
  • leading client projects and managing junior resources
  • organizing the analytical work and making sure timelines are respected
  • bringing expert content and sharing your knowledge with the client along the project
  • updating the client regularly on the project status
  • interacting with TMC, OBT, airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers in the sourcing assignments
  • managing the project governance and delivering the project end results to the client
  • setting up performance KPIs to measure the client programme performance or the project success

You will also take part in the life and development of Areka Consulting as a fast growing firm
